Ah, the good old days of playing on the N64 (we still blow the cobwebs off Goldeneye now and then) If, like us, you're nostalgic over such a legendary console, you own a Raspberry Pi 5 and you want to create the ultimate Raspberry Pi retro gaming machine - you've just found your perfect match.
The two USB 2.0 ports are routed to the front of the case for easy joystick connections, with the USB-C power input and dual Micro-HDMI ports at the rear to keep cables tidy and out of sight. The 2x USB 3.0 ports and Ethernet port at the side, hidden behind a small removable hatch. The slot for a Micro SD card is located on the underside of the case for quick and easy access, and there's even a storage section on top for spare cards!
The case has functional power and reset* buttons. The reset button is connected to the GPIO and can be programmed via a script*, such as resetting the main menu or rebooting the system. If you turn the case over, you'll notice ventilation to keep your Raspberry Pi 5 cool, backed up by the included large aluminium heatsink and fan.
A great case for anyone installing RetroPie or making a Raspberry Pi 5 N64 emulator!
2.4GHz WiFi performance may be impacted when using this case - RetroFlag suggest using 5GHz or Ethernet.
