We now stock a new range of general-purpose project enclosures from Camdenboss, offering you a wide range of sizes and styles to fit your project.
This enclosure is the Camdenboss BIM2004/24, a deep-profile project box which measures 120mm long, 65mm wide and 60mm high and comes without flanges. If you take a look at the product images, we've included a shot showing the Raspberry Pi 5 to give you a 'real' idea of the size.
The enclosure is made from high-gloss, high-impact ABS (UL94-HB) which is easy to cut, drill, machine and modify for your project. It is assembled using four included machine screws which drive into the brass inserts in the lid, and has been designed to meet the requirements of IP54.
These deep-profile enclosures have two deeper sections that fit together, unlike the standard versions which use a flat base and a deep lid. The lid section includes several integral mounting guides to accept 1.6mm PCBs - great for those of you making your own PCBs.
