The Arducam Pinsight is a 12MP AI camera module that integrates with the OAK-SoM for efficient video processing and has hardware-based encoding (H.264, H.265, MJPEG). The 4K camera module provides clear visuals and supports 4K/30FPS and 1080P/60FPS encoding. This allows for precise, real-time video processing and the ability to handle multiple video streams simultaneously. This module provides the Raspberry Pi with improved AI vision capabilities and can be used for a range of intelligent applications.
Notes
- The Raspberry Pi Board and the tripod is not included in the package.
- Performance with Rpi 3 and below might be affected.
- To ensure optimal performance, an official Raspberry Pi 25W power supply is recommended.
- Other power supplies may cause the Pi 5 to limit downstream USB current. For power supplies under 25W, enable usb_max_current_enable=1. For power supplies with POE HAT, set PSU_MAX_CURRENT=5000.
